June ended with Mars in Aries in a 90-degree square aspect to Pluto. The few days around June 29 to July 6 or so could be energetically intense and highly productive, as if a fire was lit. And with only three outer planets retrograde in July, you won’t have to work around a bottleneck of backed up planetary energy. Pace yourself and remember to remain mindful and focused on your intentions and goals because this is also a time for cleansing what is no longer important or needed in our lives.
Mars will move quickly through Aries. If you are a fire sign (Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius) or have your ascendant in a fire sign, you can really make tracks. If your Moon is in a fire sign, you may either be full of ideas or feel overwhelmed and restless. The best solution for you might be to chill out somewhere in nature so you don’t short circuit your nervous system from all the excitement.
The rest of us Earth, Air, and Water folks can also use this energy constructively and judiciously. We can both move forward and burn away what is no longer necessary. Pace yourself as you aim towards your dreams. Make sure you get enough rest and don’t over-do it. The Full Moon on July 13 will be conjunct Pluto and this may increase the impulse to purge and re-order things in your life and environment.
At the end of July, Mars will make a conjunct aspect to Uranus in Taurus and this aspect will continue through most of August. This will cause the fire to continue to burn, internally speaking; although I am concerned that will see more literal fires in the West, as well as an uptick in Covid and Monkey Pox infections. Hopefully Saturn will temper Mars’s blaze when it forms a 90-degree square aspect between the last week in July and the beginning of August.
Keep in mind that transiting Pluto is still forming a nearly exact return to its natal position in the USA’s natal chart and that transiting Neptune is still forming a stressful 180-degree opposition to the USA’s natal Neptune and an equally stressful 90-degree square to the USA’s natal Mars. With aspects like this our country will continue to experience turbulence, uncertainty, and inflation. Take heart and stay focused on your own goals.Try to work with the aspects, not against them. Just because we are living in tumultuous times, doesn’t mean we can’t experience success and thrive.
